Mezcal Sour

Instructions

1. Place 6 or 7 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour in the mezcal, coating the ice. Add in the fresh lime juice, agave syrup and egg white. Shake in a vertical motion for 30 seconds.
2. Strain slowly into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
