Instructions

  1. Combine the lime juice, orange juice, Dagobah slug syrup, curaçao, tequila, and water in a shaker and give it a few good shakes to combine.
  2. Pour into a tall glass over a few ice cubes.
  3. Smack the rosemary sprig between your hands to release its fragrance, then add it as garnish.

Dagobah Slug Syrup

  1. Add water and sugar to a high walled sauce pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Add ginger and rosemary and return to a boil.
  2. Once starting to boil and when all sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let sit for at least 5 hours to infuse.
  3. Once infused, add to a sterile container or a jar and store refrigerated. The syrup should store for about 3 months.
  4. Optional step: When putting into desired container, add 1 tsp of vodka. This should allow the syrup to be stored for up to 6 months.
