  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. In a bowl, mix the cream with the herbs, crushed garlic, flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them using a mandolin. Spread the potatoes in a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over them, then sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  3. Cover the baking dish and place it in the oven. After 50 minutes, remove the cover, increase the temperature to 210°C and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese turns gold-brown.
