Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients for the dough in a large bowl, then add the butter and eggs. Knead until the ingredients are mixed well and the dough has a sticky consistency.
- Split the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out one third for the base and place it into a cake pan. Use the second part to form an edge along the sides. On a baking paper, roll out the last part to the same size as the base and set aside.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cake base. Peel and core the apples, then thinly slice and layer them on top of the breadcrumbs. Mix in the raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Carefully flip the remaining dough onto the apples and peel off the baking paper.
- Place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes.
