Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Place the butter in the oven while it is heating up until it is soft but not melted.
  2. Brush the inside of a spring form or other cake pan with some butter and dust with flour to prevent the dough from sticking to it.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients for the dough in a large bowl, then add the butter and eggs. Knead until the ingredients are mixed well and the dough has a sticky consistency. Roll out the dough until it is about 1/2 cm thick, then arrange it to cover the bottom and sides of the cake pan.
  4. Juice and zest the lemon. Seperate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff. Gently fold in the remaining ingredients for the filling and pour onto the dough.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
