Fennel Salad

Instructions

  1. Cut the fennel in half lengthwise, then slice into thin strips across the fibers using a sharp knife or a mandolin.
  2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small salad bowl to make the dressing.
  3. Add the fennel to the bowl, mix with the dressing and put it in the fridge for about an hour for the flavors to come together.
