  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C with fan). Thoroughly grease a loaf-shaped baking tin. Toast the walnuts in the oven for 10 minutes as the oven is pre-heating.
  2. Whisk together the oil, brown sugar, and eggs. Combine the flower, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla, then stir them to the oil-egg mixture. Mash the peeled bananas using a fork and add them to the dough alongside the walnuts.
  3. Pour the dough into the baking tin and bake in the pre-heated oven for 55 minutes. Let the banana bread cool down completely after baking before taking it out of the pan.
